For Hands That Cop It

Grappling and lifting wreck your hands — but so does a full day on the tools, a week at a keyboard, a long round of golf or tennis, or hands that seize up the moment it gets cold. Sore knuckles, stiff fingers and a tender wrist don't care how you got them. The Re-Gen gloves put cold on swelling and heat on stiffness, hold it there with compression, and go back in the freezer or the microwave the next day. Athlete, tradie, desk worker, weekend hacker — same hands, same fix.

What's Actually Wrong With Your Hands?

Cold for swelling. Heat for stiffness. Here is which one to reach for.

Swelling & Sore Knuckles

Cold Therapy

Straight after training or a heavy day — cold narrows blood flow to bring swelling down and take the edge off the ache.

Heat Therapy

Not while it is still hot and puffy. Wait until the swelling settles, then use warmth to get the movement back.

Stiff, Aching Fingers

Cold Therapy

Less use on stiffness by itself — save the cold for when there is swelling to bring down.

Heat Therapy

Warmth loosens tight tissue and gets the blood moving, so stiff fingers bend before you ask them to work.

Grip & Wrist Strain

Cold Therapy

Settles a wrist that has flared up after gripping, lifting, or a long day of the same movement over and over.

Heat Therapy

Loosens a tight wrist and forearm before you train, type, or pick the tools back up.
