There's a shortcut for most things. There isn't one for this. The back of this tank says the quiet part out loud, to whoever is behind you on the mat.

The hard way is the only way isn't a boast. It's the thing you already know at the point where you'd rather not know it — the fifth round, the technique that won't come, the plateau. It goes on the back because that's who needs to read it.

CareMachine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Iron at low temperature, avoid ironing over the print. Do not dry clean.

Fit & care

Cut close through the body with a racerback and a curved hem. Measured flat: S is 34.5 cm long with a 34 cm bust, XL is 37.5 cm long with a 40 cm bust — flat, so double the bust figure for the way round. Take your usual size; size up if you'd rather it skimmed.

Wash cold, inside out, hang dry. The back print is the biggest in the range, so keep it away from heat — no hot dryer, no iron over the graphic.

FAQ

Does it have a built-in bra?

No. It's a plain racerback tank with no shelf and no cups, so wear it over whatever you'd normally train in.

Will the back print crack?

It's a DTF transfer, and it sits on the upper back where the fabric stretches least. Cold wash inside out, hang dry and don't iron over it, and it'll hold up.

Do I get free shipping on this?
